Due to the custom nature of our products and the fast turnaround times of our amazing artists, we do not offer refunds after your order has been sent into production. However, we do offer unlimited revisions during our proofing process. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.

If you are unhappy with your final product then please get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is one of our passions and we always strive to make sure you’re delighted with the final royal pet portrait.

If your product arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to support@royalpawtrait.com and include your order number. If you received the wrong product, and/or the incorrect size or print we will replace it. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.

You are responsible for submitting a high-quality photo that adheres to our photo guidelines.

All examples on site were made from high-quality, high-resolution photos. Blurry, low-quality photos will not allow our artist to create the high-quality finish you see on site
